Father’s Day calls for a song full of love and devotion, and I can think of no better song than Sade’s By Your Side to represent the best of both emotions. This is the 12th Father’s Day without my dad, and for me it has become a day of remembrance, as I’m sure it is for all of the others who no longer have their dads with them. For all of you who have lost your fathers, this song is as much for you as it is for all of the wonderful fathers out there celebrating today. Happy Father’s Day to all!
